We’re excited to announce the beta release of our new AI-powered Presentation Builder, which is now available to our paid customers! Creating a professional, themed presentation complete with generated images has never been easier with this tool.
1. Choose Your Color Scheme: Select a color that fits your presentation style. Whether you’re looking for something corporate, vibrant, or minimalist, we’ve got options to suit every need.
2. Preview Templates: Click on a template thumbnail to preview its slides. If you’d like to explore another template's slides, click the "Choose another template" button in the upper-right corner to return and select a different template.
3. Set Your Presentation Topic: Once you have the template you want to use, enter the subject of your presentation in the subject field. This will help the AI understand the content you need and generate text and images that align with your topic. You can also add a reference webpage along with your subject by adding a web address in the field. Example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australia would be a good reference webpage for this.
4. Select an Image Style: Once you’ve selected a template, choose an image style that fits your theme. You can customize how your visuals appear by choosing pencil drawings, stock photography, comic book styles, or something else.
5. Review Image Generation Options: Before building a preview of your presentation, decide whether you'd like to auto-generate all the images in your template. This will cost 1 credit per image. The image below is based off of 13 images. If you choose not to auto-generate an image, you can manually generate the images in the preview step.
Alternatively, you can skip generating pictures entirely and download them with image placeholders to replace them in PowerPoint with your own or PowerPoint stock photo library.
6. Build Your Presentation: Once everything is set, click “Build Preview Presentation.” The AI will generate all the images (if auto image generation is on) and text based on your subject. You'll then be able to preview the slides to ensure everything looks perfect.
Every presentation build will cost one credit, whether or not images are generated. If auto image generation is turned off, your presentation text will still be created based on your presentation topic.
7. Edit and Customize: On the preview and edit step, you can re-generate any generated images or edit the text generated if needed. Once you’re satisfied, simply click the blue “Build and Download” button, and your presentation will be ready in seconds!
Last thing to Do! Simply click the blue 'Assemble and Download Presentation' button. Your presentation will be built, and you will be notified where to download the file. A version will also be saved in your My Media > Custom Downloads.
You’ll need to upgrade or renew your subscription to unlock this exciting new feature. As a paid subscriber, you get full access to the BETA version of our AI Presentation Builder, including all templates, customization options, and image generation capabilities.
You can have a polished presentation ready to go in just a few simple steps—without the hassle of manually searching for images, formatting slides, or writing lengthy content. The AI handles all the heavy lifting for you, from generating relevant text based on your topic to creating custom visuals, saving you time and effort while ensuring your presentation looks professional and cohesive.
